Emerald Culbreath plays a critical role in supporting clients' daily living needs and supervision of the direct support professional workforce training and compliance. With over 20 years of experience in home health care, she is also a military veteran with ten years of honorable service — bringing discipline, resilience, and a strong commitment to excellence. She will receive her LAPC license this Winter 2025.

Claudia Daniel is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and daily operations for the agency. She ensures that the agency runs smoothly, legally, and in line with state and federal requirements. She is a military veteran with 28 years of service as a Senior Human Resources Officer. She holds an MBA from Brenau University.
